2 Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it and any required advance has been received. Until then, rates and availability may change.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking, and the details you give us must be accurate and complete.
3 Check-in, check-out and identification
Standard check-in and check-out times apply as advised at the time of booking. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are subject to availability.
Indian law requires us to record valid government-issued photo identification for every adult guest. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa. We cannot complete check-in without this.
4 Rates, taxes and payment
Rates are quoted per apartment per night unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are charged at the prevailing rate.
Services arranged on request — airport transfers beyond the included pickup and drop, cabs, tours, air ticketing and visa assistance — are charged separately and quoted before we book anything.
5 Occupancy and use of the apartment
Only guests registered on the booking may stay in the apartment. Please tell us in advance if numbers change.
The apartment is for residential use only. Commercial use, parties, events and unlawful activity are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are permitted only where we have agreed in writing beforehand.
6 Damage and liability
You are responsible for the apartment and its contents during your stay, and for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing anything damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
Please keep your belongings secure. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, personal property except where that loss results from our negligence.
7 Valuables & Property Disclaimer
Guests are advised to use the in-room wardrobe and safe to secure their personal belongings. SaiLux Sunrise Living assumes no liability or responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal property brought onto the premises. All personal items remain the sole responsibility of the guest.
8 Guest Notice & Liability Disclaimer
Guests are requested to exercise all necessary precautions during their stay. SaiLux Sunrise Living, along with its management, owners, and employees, shall not be held liable or responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss of life, or accidental incident occurring on or near the premises. Guests occupy and utilize the property and its facilities entirely at their own risk.
9 Services arranged on your behalf
Travel services are arranged through our associated companies, Wings n Wheels and Anugraha Tours & Travels, and through third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels and transport operators.
Those suppliers apply their own terms. We will always act in your interest, but we are not responsible for a supplier's failure, delay or cancellation beyond our reasonable control.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to your stay.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
