1 How to cancel
Cancel in writing to sailuxsunriseliving@gmail.com, or call +91 97428 41198 and follow up in writing. A cancellation takes effect from the time we receive it, so please do not rely on a voicemail alone.
2 Cancellation charges
The specific cancellation terms for your booking are those confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking, and those terms take precedence over the general guidance below.
As a general rule, cancellations made well in advance of arrival attract no charge; cancellations close to arrival may attract a charge of up to one night; and a no-show or a cancellation after check-in time on the arrival day is charged in full for the first night.
Long-stay, group and special-rate bookings may carry different terms, which we will always state before you confirm.
3 Changing a booking
We will always try to accommodate a change of dates rather than a cancellation, subject to availability. A rate difference may apply.
Early departure: once a stay has begun, nights already reserved may still be charged. Please talk to us as early as you can.
4 If we have to cancel
We will only cancel a confirmed booking in exceptional circumstances. If we do, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a full refund of everything you have paid us, and we will help you find somewhere else to stay.
5 Circumstances beyond control
Where a stay cannot go ahead because of events outside either party's control — natural disaster, civil disruption, government restriction or similar — we will work with you in good faith on a credit, a date change or a refund of recoverable amounts.
