1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences between pages and visits.
2 What we use them for
Essential cookies: needed for the site and the booking process to work. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Preference cookies: remember choices you have made, so you do not have to set them again.
Analytics cookies: help us understand which pages people read, so we can improve them. This data is aggregated.
3 Cookies from other services
Our booking pages are provided through a separate booking platform, which sets its own cookies so it can remember your dates and reservation while you complete a booking.
Embedded content such as maps or video may also set cookies. Those are controlled by the providers, under their own policies.
4 Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you see the cookies stored, delete them, and block them for particular sites. Look under Settings, then Privacy.
Blocking essential cookies will prevent the booking process from working correctly.
