Booking and stay details: your name, address, email, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and any preferences or requirements you tell us about.
Identification: government photo ID, and passport and visa details for foreign nationals, as Indian law requires us to record for guests.
Travel service details: where you ask us to arrange flights, visas, transfers or tours, the information those bookings need.

2 Why we use it
To take and manage your booking, prepare your apartment and provide the services you have asked for.
To meet legal obligations, including guest registration and record-keeping requirements, and tax and accounting rules.
To respond to your enquiries and, where relevant, to handle a complaint or a dispute.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
3 Who we share it with
Government authorities where the law requires it, including guest registration with the police and immigration authorities.
Suppliers who deliver a service you have asked for — airlines, visa processors, transport operators and our associated travel companies — and only the details they need to deliver it.
Service providers who support our operations, such as our booking system and payment processors, under a duty of confidentiality.
4 How long we keep it
We keep booking, identification and financial records for as long as the law requires, and no longer than necessary for the purposes described here.
5 Keeping it secure
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to limit access to those who need it.
6 Your rights
